About

  • Robi Insinna a.k.a. Headman has started Relish in 2001. The Idea to start a label came on his many Vinyl digging trips where he constantly discovered new labels and Artist from the late 70’s and early 80’.His vision was to create something that combined all his passions Music, Visuals and style. The label first functioned mainly as the home to his Manhead alter ego, who was his Balearic bastard side project. At the same time „It Rough“ came out under the Headman moniker In 2003. „Birth, School, Work, Death“ was released in 2004 and the label started to grow. Relish was always focused on bringing out new and undiscovered talents and at the same time re-releasing classics from the past like The Units „High Presure Days“, The Unknown Cases „Masimbabele“ and collaborations with Dieter Meier from Yello and Stephan Eicher of Grauzone fame. Next up will see the release of Relish Compilation IV including new and exlsusive tracks and some highlights from the last few years like Headman/Robi Insinna, Manfredas, Daniel Avery, Daniel Maloso, Red Axes and many more.
