Producer, dj, owner and founder Dumisane Mwase better known as Ultra Soul Project started Gruv Shack Records in 2009 as a platform to release his own music (via the monikers of Ultra Soul Project and House Academiek) as well as a variety of aspiring DJs and producers such as Bhunu Brill, Bee-Bar, Deep Addict, Dj Jakes aka Symphonic, Sole Junktion, Tonalcaptiv, Joel Vibes, Tshepo N At Large, Dj Thusko, Eugene Free, Tri-Deap, and the roster is growing.
The label promise to be one of the most sought after independent record label in the house music scene across the globe.
