4essera started in early 2013 as an alternative collective consisting of artists based in Thessaloniki, aiming to highlight the “other" side of the electronic scene of the city.
The logo with the four alpha (A) every 90 degrees began appearing at events and venues such as the SPITIMOU and SPACE basement (Sunday Afternoon Sessions, SPACE on RAVE), The Residents Bar (Pre-Historic Tools) and of course the COO bar and COO basement (/. ήμουναύριο ), which developed and haunt the team, where began the private events that made the new artists and the sound of 4essera public.
From September 2013 onwards, the collective will work exclusively with the team of COO and only, where will be held lectures, courses and seminars, audiovisual shows and theatrical performances and of course music events which promise to cover a wide range of electronic music scene, always trying to promote the artists and the sound of the city and events with important Greek and foreign artists who are close to the spectrum of 4essera.
Finally a homonymous record label is ready to integrate 4essera in the music industry, which will be launched in 2014 and will release only 12-inch vinyl with musical material strictly by artists based in the city of Thessaloniki.
