Hailing from the British South Coast town of Bournemouth, Deep House & Nu-Disco centric ZiiZii Records set out to deliver a taste of label owner’s Zee & Eli’s infectious, soul-laden grooves.
Birthed in 2012 the label debuted with ‘The Hidden Truth’, which featured remixes from Culprit artists, Climbers and Dirt Crew’s, Balcazar & Sordo, a sign of the attentive nature opted for when ZiiZii scope out rework producers. Proof of this approach working can be found in the fact that this initial release saw support across the board from thelikes of Agoria, M.A.N.D.Y, Danny Daze, Trickski, Bubba and Cera Alba. Thisstands as a testament to the widespread appeal embodied in the labels music.
With more original cuts from Zee & Eli scheduled in for 2012 and remix artists from Iran, Mexico and the UK featured, the future of ZiiZii Records is an exciting prospect. Keep your eyes peeled and ear to the ground.
