Somatik techno is the new Russian music wave, founded in Saint-Petersburg. It's a hybrid of slowed electro/techno with deep bass lines and industrial influences.
The founders of Somatik are Tsaritsa Logiki and Vova PCP - members of famous underground Russian electronic band «Perforated Cerebral Party». It presents slow rave: hybrid of slowed electro/techno with deep dirty bass lines and industrial influences. This is a new Russian ghettopsychedelic futuristic music wave called "somatik techno". Brand’s music and philosophy reflects perception of the new generation raised in the concrete jungle: cyberpunks, post humanists, acid-fed internet freaks. Their fans tattoo symbol of faith on their bodies - "om wifi" - the ancient Om sign combined with Wi-Fi pictogram.
