A tree is the aesthetic expression of its own roots, roots which derive nourishment from whatever the ground provides.
They select what to assimilate to grow correctly, becoming sturdy and making the whole tree vibrant in turn.
As the roots expand under the surface, in the same way the branches do above it, they give birth to new gems that turn to flowers and present sheen to the tree.
