About

  • Path Records was the Sonic Groove distributed imprint from the label's Reade Truth. It was created as an opportunity for Reade Truth to develop and release his deepest, darkest and most electronic visions. As most material was recorded at the Zone of FX, a Jersey City based studio, the name of the label was derived from the main transit source between New York and New Jersey. The short-lived label includes seminal releases from Reade Truth, and his late 90s pseudonyms such as Fate 258 and Caustic Everything. Some interesting collaborative projects include material from The Lotus Project with Denard Henry, and Upsetting Keys with Jake Reif. The last release was a solo contribution from Richard Hinge.
