Octo Octa, Pavliné, Tafkanik, Chaka Khan't, Jaye Ward
Continuing on the quest to bring you fun and exciting house DJs, the SWEAT crew has looked to the States and we are super excited to announce Octo Octa to be headlining the next SWEAT Popsicle Edition. Her signature playful four to the floor is making queers and their friends dance all around the world. As she embarks on a European tour, she will stop in Superstore’s laser pit to keep you on your dancing toes for her second appearance after the Trans Day of Visibility party. Our resident Pavliné will be on warming duties.
In true SWEAT style, upstairs sees a return to the tropics. Come early to sip on a whore’s handbag, our favorite Superstore cocktail and listen to Tafkanik the sexy -mo- behind Homostash. He will be joined by Superstore's sweetheart: Emma aka Chaka Khan't.

OCTO OCTA (Honey Soundsystem)
The Brooklyn-based producer Octo Octa (née Maya Bouldry-Morrison) released her debut house music EP Let Me See You in 2001. Several years and many great music records for Smartbar’s affiliate Argot/Tasteful Nudes label and for German powerhouse Running Back among others, Bouldry-Morrison has just released a second album for Honey Soundsystem “Where are we going?” scoring the narrative of her personal journey. To keep things even busier, Maya also tours internationally playing coveted dance floors such as Berlin's Berghain / Panorama Bar, Frankfurt's Live At Robert Johnson and Barcelona's Sonar Festival.
PAVLINÉ (SWEAT - Dance Party)
Pavliné started DJing music at various venues in Berlin alongside Eli Escobar, Matthew Styles, Prosumer or Discodromo. After moving from Berlin to London, Pavliné has played regular gigs at Dalston Superstore, Egg London and various East London venues. He created and is the main resident of SWEAT.
Founder and resident at Homostash. Tafkanik has made his way into the hotspot by performing at Glastonbury as well as a variety of London clubs such as Egg London, EAST BLOC, Vogue Fabrics, Rolling Stock, Resistance Gallery and The Shed. Regular at Le Coq, his distinctive sound is influenced by tech house, techno, IDM and italo-disco. Tafkanik also performed in Brazil, Spain and Austria as well as appeared on TV shows in Poland, Ukraine and Greece.
CHAKA KHAN'T Dalston Superstore)
Dalston Superstore’s Chaka Khan’t has cemented her place in the East London queer clubbing scene with parties Mints, Last Resort at Dalston Superstore and cult Tuesday sash Disco Spritz. Her sets move from soaring disco and soul to rare groove, dusty house and beyond! As well as DJing regularly at The Glory, Savage, Dalston Superstore and Ridley Road Market Bar she performs as alter-ego drag queen Cissy!
Jaye has been broad-mindedly programming psychedelic dance floors and back rooms since the 80’ >> her previous version was a 90’s & 00’s record shop counter monkey & disco dwarf >> Jaye has shared controls with and organised ill fated do’s with the great & the good and collected, sold and collected again, more records than she can remember.
