"An enticing recipe of indie, electronica, techno and a large dash of soaring, hypnotic female vocals. Their live shows take you on a winding journey, from ambient and smooth, to soaring ecstasy, to high energy infectious synth beats, pulsing bass and explosive crescendos. This is amplified by entrancing live visuals that engulf your senses and lull you into a trance."
"Plays weird pop music, and is interested in finding synergies between popular and experimental musical forms, for pleasurable outcomes."

killallman - "sounds like 80s sci fi, or the OST if cyberpunk David Attenborough did a series on those robot arms they use in car factories."
"Liverpool based modern trip-hop collective, who formed as 'Patterns in the Ivy' in 2009. Yashashwi Sharma and John Pearson have performed in the UK and India, alongside Alternative, experimental, trip hop and jazz musicians. Their music has appeared in several independent movies including 'Sophie' 2012 and 'The Flight of the Flamingo' 2013, and in the 2014 TOMS one-cares-one commercials broadcast across China. Comprising of gloomy downtempo beats with keyboards and powerful, evocative vocals, to date, Venusian has released three albums: Patterns in the Ivy (2012), The Flight of the Flamingo OST (2013) and Wolf Track Mountain (2014).
"a touch of the avant-garde offset with a gloom bordering on unsettling – a little like a Tarantino movie soundtracked by Bjork. . . in a state of raw, yet mailable, beauty" ~Peter Guy, Liverpool Echo
