Throughout the years, Philou Louzolo blended his love for electronic music, sci-fi and Afrofuturism into his very own sound.
His resourceful foundations for dance music are rooted in Nigeria and Congo, where his rich musical background began.
His label Wokoundou is a creative platform where traditional African music recycles from soil to sky,
where it meets the music of the future:
acid house, techno, electro, but also dancehall, glom and kuduro.
His sound is received by many international renowned directions, including Panorama Bar Berlin, Le Sucre Lyon, DJOON Paris,
Atlas Festival Marrakech, New York and London,
DGTL Amsterdam, North Sea Jazz Rotterdam,
