- Kerri Chandler is one of the greatest house producers of all time. His music is both meticulously crafted and emotionally charged. That's partly due to his skill as a producer, but it's also to do with where he gets his inspiration. His music comes from a remarkably personal place, with both personal tragedy and joy informing his productions. In many ways his career in music was preordained. The son of a notable New Jersey DJ and the grandson of a jazz singer, Chandler was surrounded by records since birth. But it's been his drive and humility that's kept him relevant. He's one of only a handful of acts as comfortable behind the decks of DC-10 as he is at heritage events like Southport Weekender. With Chandler reaching his 25th year in dance music, he and Stephen Titmus discussed the experiences that have shaped his life as a house music legend.
