  • Eats Everything may seem like an overnight success story, but the Bristol-based house producer is anything but. Indeed, it was only after a number of years of DJing and making tunes that Dan Pearce caught his big break—the release of "Entrance Song" on Catz N Dogz' Petz Recordings. Since then, he's been invited in for an Essential Mix, has a gig nearly every weekend and is currently planning on launching a label in 2013 to further push his distinct brand of bass-heavy house. We recently went to Manchester as part of Kopparberg's un-establishment series to record a live RA Exchange before Pearce performed later that night at the Warehouse Project. During the course of the conversation, we found out just how close Pearce came to chucking it all in and becoming a builder. Photo credit: Gary Brown
